Solutions Hypnose

How can hypnosis help you?
Hypnosis by video, from home
The hypnotic state depends on voice and attention, not physical presence. A video session runs just like an office session: the conversation, the hypnotic work, then learning self-hypnosis.
You work from your real environment, which helps with sleep or habits, and you can choose your hypnotherapist wherever they are based. Zoom, WhatsApp or Teams, over a password-protected connection. Everything about video consultations.
Or choose from the whole team
Most of our hypnotherapists in Quebec work by video. Meet them on the map, then book with the one who suits you.

Book a video session
Sessions last about one hour and cost $135, taxes included; the first can last up to 1 hour 30, from $135 to $185 depending on the practitioner. RITMA or ANN (naturopathy) insurance receipts: check with your insurer.
What a session looks like
A first session always starts with an in-depth conversation: your situation, your goal, your context. And, if needed, a referral to the right healthcare professional before any hypnotic work begins.
Expect anywhere from 2 to 6 sessions depending on the topic, with one constant goal: your independence, largely through the self-hypnosis techniques you'll learn.
There's nothing magical about hypnosis: it's a natural state of focused attention, the one you already know from being absorbed in a book or driving a familiar route "on autopilot". You stay conscious and in control from start to finish.
