Welcome to my presentation page!
My name is Julie Rocque, hypnotherapist and IFS practitioner at Solutions Hypnosis.
I do consultations with adults, adolescents, and children (age 10 and above) with Ericksonian hypnosis and IFS, in Montreal Petite-Patrie (Jean-Talon metro station) and online (after at least one initial session in person).
It will be my pleasure to accompany you on topics like motivation, confidence, hypnobirthing, sleep issues, unwanted behaviours and habits, grief, stress and emotion management, relationship patterns or life transitions.
My approach is an integrative one, an invitation to enter into a relationship with those parts of you who "cause problems", and to include them in the process. This is done respecting your pace and inner ecology, while you remain the active creator of your hypnotic experience.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a message at julie.rocque@solutionshypnose.com
Looking forward to journey with you,
Julie

What I offer
-
Stress & Anxiety
Ease stress and anxiety symptoms, and stay steadier in the situations that wind you up.

Sleep & Insomnia
Fall asleep faster and get full nights, without turning the day over at three in the morning.
-
Emotions
Anger, sadness, grief, separation, big fears, high sensitivity: how to go through them without it taking over.

Make peace with food and weight, or undo a habit that has been there for years.

For children: sleep, toilet training, fears, tantrums and focus at school.
-
Hypnosis for Teens
For teenagers: school stress and exams, self-image, sleep and strong emotions.
-
Birth & Pregnancy
Preparing for birth, a calmer pregnancy, and support through the first months with a baby.
I am neither a psychologist nor a psychotherapist, and the services offered in Therapeutic Hypnosis cannot in any way replace medical or psychological care. If you are experiencing physical or psychological difficulties, it is important to consult a qualified healthcare professional. Also note that hypnosis is contraindicated for anyone with a history of psychotic issues.

My motivation to support you
Trained first in theater, then in cinema, I've long had a fascination with the stories we tell ourselves, and above all, the power they have over us. Ericksonian hypnosis makes very skilled use of these narratives, to bring someone to travel through their personal legend, and help it evolve. At the heart of my ever-evolving practice, my first passion (for dramaturgy) is walking hand in hand with my most recent one. A feeling of alignment and… magical reunion.
What a privilege to witness the movements taking place within a person in the process of meeting themself. Seems like it'll never cease to enchant me.
