Solutions Hypnose on Montreal's South Shore

Solutions Hypnose is not a booking platform.
It's a genuine team, growing with every new practitioner who shares the same passion for the work.
Solutions Hypnose is also a network for sharing practice, group supervision and ongoing training, so everyone keeps progressing for the benefit of all.

Seeing a hypnotherapist on the South Shore in English

On the South Shore, three members of the team see clients in English: Nuria Pérez de León in Saint-Lambert, Réjeanne LeBlanc in La Prairie, and Christian Rocher in Beloeil. All three also work by video.

Each hypnotherapist works with the methods they have been trained in. If needed, they will refer you to a colleague in the network who specializes in your topic.

Do you live far away?

Vaudreuil, Châteauguay, Saint-Hyacinthe, Granby or further, or a busy schedule: the team also sees clients by video. Online sessions get results equivalent to in-person ones, and save you the trip.

Zoom, WhatsApp or Teams, over a password-protected connection. All about video consultations.

What a session looks like

A first session always starts with an in-depth conversation: your situation, your goal, your context. And, if needed, a referral to the right healthcare professional before any hypnotic work begins.

Expect anywhere from 2 to 6 sessions depending on the topic, with one constant goal: your independence, largely through the self-hypnosis techniques you'll learn.

There's nothing magical about hypnosis: it's a natural state of focused attention, the one you already know from being absorbed in a book or driving a familiar route "on autopilot". You stay conscious and in control from start to finish.
