Corporate Workshops:
Managing Performance Anxiety at Work with Hypnosis

Self-Sabotage - Perfectionism - Impostor Syndrome

Do some of your team members struggle with performance anxiety?

Or get caught in a spiral of perfectionism that affects their effectiveness?

Perhaps others have an "impostor syndrome" that holds them back, even though they have every skill they need to grow?

Why not offer workshops in your organization to help them better manage these beliefs about themselves and the world, and the behaviours that hold them back?

To build self-esteem, self-confidence and effectiveness.

How to Better Manage Performance Anxiety at Work

Performance Anxiety at Work

People with performance anxiety sometimes set the bar so high that they get discouraged, procrastinate or put themselves down...

This can hold back their abilities in an important meeting, a sales negotiation...

It often comes with strong perfectionism, which hurts their effectiveness and can irritate the people they work with.

On top of that, a feeling of being an impostor can make them doubt themselves.

How Hypnosis Helps Build Self-Confidence

Hypnosis makes it possible to transform limiting beliefs and develop a new, calmer and more confident mindset

  • ✔ Identify and transform the little inner voice that says "it's never good enough"
  • ✔ Develop a "growth mindset" that makes it possible to try new behaviours
  • ✔ Visualize positive scenarios to replace the fear of failure

Our Workshops on Performance Anxiety and Self-Confidence at Work

We offer hands-on workshops on self-confidence in the workplace, to help participants in particular to:

  • Identify and understand the negative self-talk that holds them back,
  • Transform their fears and doubts to switch into "try and learn" mode,
  • Explore, through a few hypnosis exercises, different ways to see themselves acting with confidence and success.

Contrary to some common beliefs, hypnosis used in this setting has nothing to do with stage shows or losing control.

Within a professional setting, hypnosis is a hands-on tool that helps build self-confidence.

Participants stay fully aware throughout the exercises.
