Bromont (Eastern Townships) · Video sessions

Welcome!

I am Romain Rastoin, hypnotherapist and coach at Solutions Hypnosis.

I work with adults and teenagers aged 14 and up, in Bromont, in the Eastern Townships, 15-20 minutes from downtown Granby and Cowansville, and online anywhere in Quebec.

I offer therapeutic hypnosis and coaching, especially for managing stress and anxiety symptoms, self-confidence, life transitions and grief. You will find the full list of situations below.

My approach combines Ericksonian hypnosis and coaching, in a simple, respectful setting adapted to each person.

If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.

Kind regards,
Romain
